Adidas authenticity check

Adidas is one of the most replicated sneaker brands on earth, from UltraBoost flips to Samba and Gazelle reissues that fakers churn out the moment a colorway sells out. RareAmour pairs trained authenticators with AI image analysis to read the Three Stripes, Boost texture, tag fonts and box codes from your photos, then issues a QR digital certificate on any pair we confirm genuine.

What we check

Three Stripes geometry

We check stripe count, spacing and alignment against the exact model and size. On Superstar, Samba and Campus the stripes must line up cleanly across panel seams, sit at the correct angle and taper, and never bleed or overlap where authentic stitching holds them crisp.

Boost & Lightstrike midsole

Genuine Boost is a dense field of fused TPU pellets with a slightly sugary, uneven texture and firm compression; fakes look smooth, foam-like or yellow. On Lightstrike and Bounce we read density, sidewall shape and the cage-to-midsole fit.

Size tag stitching & font

The sewn-in size/style tag carries a specific Adidas typeface, kerning and the country-of-origin line. We inspect stitch pitch, tag edges, the style code and how the numbers and barcode are printed against verified references for that release.

Box label & factory codes

The box label style code must match the shoe's tag, and the factory code, size, and article number have to agree. We cross-check the label layout, font weight and the country/factory data that legit pairs keep internally consistent.

Logo embroidery & insole

Heel and tongue Adidas branding, trefoil or badge embroidery is dense and clean with no loose threads or crooked lettering. We also read insole print sharpness, glue lines and how the sockliner is bonded, a frequent giveaway on rushed replicas.

Signs of a replica

  • Three Stripes that are uneven, misaligned across seams, or the wrong width for the silhouette
  • Boost midsole that looks smooth, spongy or yellowed instead of a dense, textured pellet field
  • Size tag with the wrong font, sloppy stitching, or a style code that doesn't match the box label
  • Blurry, thin or crooked heel and tongue embroidery with loose threads
  • Excess glue on the midsole or insole, uneven sole bonding, or a chemical smell out of the box

Frequently asked

Can you authenticate any Adidas model?

Yes. We regularly verify UltraBoost, Samba, Gazelle, Superstar and Campus, plus Yeezy, NMD, Forum and collaboration releases. Clear photos of the specific checkpoints we request let us authenticate almost any Adidas silhouette.

What photos do you need for an Adidas legit check?

Full side profiles of both shoes, close-ups of the Three Stripes and heel, the sewn-in size/style tag, the Boost or midsole texture, the insole print, and the box label. Sharp, well-lit shots give the most reliable verdict.

How fast is the verdict?

Most Adidas checks are done in about 15 minutes to a few hours, depending on the model and photo quality. If we confirm the pair is genuine, you receive a free QR digital certificate.

Does a real style code guarantee it's authentic?

No. Fakers copy style codes onto tags and boxes, so a matching number alone proves nothing. We weigh it alongside stitching, Boost texture, embroidery and factory-code consistency before issuing any verdict.
